How long is Shipping?

All orders placed in the U.S. will be shipped via USPS. All packages take 7-10 business days to ship (excluding wigs). We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. **Please see processing times under all products**

What's your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Returns are only granted if you receive the wrong item due to negligence on our end. Please be sure to look over your order before purchasing.  

Do you make Wigs? 

Yes! Fierce Tresses constructs frontal and closure wigs, which are all hand stitched. Head measurements needed are circumference, front to nape, and ear to ear. Fierce Tresses will not be responsible for poorly fitting wigs because of improper measurements given by customer. We only construct wigs with circumferences of 21-23 at this moment. Processing time for wigs are currently 5-7 business days. Shipping is 3-5 business days.

How much hair should I purchase?

We recommend 3 bundles for lengths 16" and under. For lengths 18" or greater, we recommend 4. You may subtract a bundle from each if you desire a closure or frontal, depending on desired fullness.

Can the hair be bleached or dyed?

Yes! We offer 100% human hair, so you want to treat it accordingly. We highly recommend you seek a stylist when using chemicals on the hair.
